8 year old Jaxon

When Jaxon was 8yrs old he loved to tell stories. He would go to dinner at the Leathams and since he was a picky eater he would tell them story after story while they ate; animals he had caught, places he had visited, and anything else amazing he could think of. Most of his stories where majorly embellished or completely made up but he entertained everyone. He has always had the most amazing imagination, he could get a toy at McDonalds and play with it for HOURS. During a Kindergarten parent teacher conference Paul and I were asked if we were related to Steve Erwin, who had passed away recently. We were surprised for a minute but the teacher explained how Jaxon had said he was his cousin and talked about Steve like they were close friends. At 6 anyone that Jaxon loved was his cousin and he most certainly loved the Crocodile Hunter. Of course we had to talk several times about the distinction between real and not real, truth and lie, but we all did love hearing his stories. Now at 11 he writes books and I love to see that he still has a wonderful imagination.
