Yesterday when I was out for a run Jazz ran in front of me and I tried to leap over her but went flying. My left elbow and hip are really banged up. Had some x-rays yesterday & nothing is broken but boy does it hurt. I feel pretty good right now. I'm hoping that means tomorrow will be better. Today I stayed in bed all day & didn't get anything done. Read some good books though.
