Madison news mentions
The girls’ varsity team had some great personal records at Bob Firman. Senior Madison Kingsbury, who has her eye on running in college next year, had an all-time personal record of 21:28. Senior Betsy Ayala ran her best time for the past two years, coming in with a 21:58. These two seniors have dedicated themselves to the sport and the team for the past four years. The last two years, they have organized a Kuna kids’ summer running camp to train young runners and provide funds for the high school team. They will be missed when they head off to college next fall.
