Spring Break is over now. School starts back up tomorrow morning. It all went by too fast. Madison and Jaxon took two classes at the zoo this week. Monday they took a reptile and amphibian class. Wed. they took a Mammal class. They learned a lot of fun things and had a great time. Wed. I took Greta and Wil to the zoo while Jaxon and Madison were in classes. I was really worried when we arrived at the zoo. It was raining and snowing when we pulled up, most families were running for their cars to leave the zoo. We waited for awhile and the weather let up enough that we could enjoy all of the animals at the zoo. More zoo photos.
Thursday my friend Crista and I took all of our children to a local bowling alley. It was a bit stressful, eight kids and two moms. The bowling alley was very crowded when we arrived and we had to wait for a long time to get a lane. Once we did get a lane it took hours to bowl a whole game with all 10 of us using one lane. When the kids and I got in the car to drive home they all told me what a great time they had. That made it all worth it.
Saturday we got to go to Caden's baptism (he is a close friend of our kids and we are good friends with his parents) . The kids really enjoyed sharing that event with the Nelsons and going to their house afterwards.
